Nikita was convicted of participating in protests that took place in Lida in August 2020. On August 12, he was detained and fined under an administrative article (10 basic units). In February 2021, he was detained again for the same events, but this time on a criminal case. After posting bail, he was released pending trial, and in June of the same year, he was sentenced to restricted freedom with direction.
According to human rights activists, he was released in January 2025, having fully served his sentence.

Dmitry, a student at the Lida Lyceum of Land Reclamation Construction, was convicted of allegedly acting in a group with others and throwing pieces of paving slabs and other objects at police cars. Dmitry partially admitted his guilt and was taken into custody in the courtroom.
According to human rights activists, he was released in June 2022, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
Andrey, a student, was detained in March 2021 right during a class and placed in a pretrial detention center. The next day, security forces came to the dormitory where he lived, interrogated his neighbors and seized equipment.
Andrey was charged under two articles of the Criminal Code: violence against police officers and participation in group actions that grossly violate public order. According to investigators, in August 2020, he and other protesters threw parts of paving slabs and other objects towards police cars.
He was released in November 2023, having served his entire sentence as determined by the court.
Evgeniy was convicted for participating in a peaceful protest on August 12, 2020, in the center of Lida. At that time, city residents and priests gathered near the district executive committee. After a while, security forces demanded that they disperse, and then began harsh detentions and abuse of people. In response, the protesters threw several stones at the police transport.
According to witnesses, riot police and local police officers took part in the violence. Yevgeny was beaten during his arrest and then accused of using violence against police officers.
The trial was held behind closed doors at the request of the prosecutor due to the “secret persons” in the case.
