Tatiana Mikhailovna Kostyuk
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Tatyana Mikhailovna Kostyuk supports Lukashenko’s regime and politically motivated repressions.
It has secured convictions in politically motivated cases since at least 2017.
She sentenced political prisoner Galina Kovaleva under Part 2 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code and sentenced her to 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment to be served in a colony under general regime conditions. Galina was accused of coming from Minsk to Mogilev, where she posted texts and images degrading Lukashenko at public transport stops.
She convicted journalist Alina Skrebunova, whom the police accused of creating three stories for the Belsat TV channel, although the girl is not a journalist for this TV channel, she only interviewed people, and the conversation itself cannot be considered media material. The Leninsky District Department of Internal Affairs considered the stories about the ban on cycling on Leninskaya Street and the opening of Belarusian-language cafes “Bystry Los” and “Dranik-Feste” illegal. Kostyuk sentenced Alina to a fine of 30 basic units.
She found Igor Mitenkov guilty under Article 369 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to two years of restriction of freedom without sending him to an open institution. Kostyuk also ordered the man to compensate the victim 1,000 rubles in material compensation for moral suffering for a comment on the social network.

Ivan, who holds two university degrees, previously worked as an artist and designer, then became an animator, director, and video editor. He is also an artist and short story writer. On October 21, 2020, he was arrested and convicted of posting calls for destabilizing public order on a Telegram channel, including arson attacks on the KGB and Oshmyany District Prosecutor's Office buildings.
In December 2022, he was retried for "disobeying the administration's demands." In May 2024, Ivan was again convicted of "malicious disobedience" and sentenced to an additional two years in prison.

Vladimir is a blogger and author of the YouTube channel MozgON. He started by discussing economic and social news, later moving on to political topics, covering various actions, including pickets of Sergei Tikhanovsky.
In June 2020, he was detained to serve an administrative arrest, but was later accused of preparing "mass riots" and convicted in the "Tikhanovsky case." According to human rights activists, the defendants in the case are required to pay compensation in the amount of 29 million rubles.
In 2022, Vladimir was transferred to prison regime. In 2023, he was tried twice for "malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration of the correctional institution." In the fall of 2023, a third court hearing was held on a new case for "malicious disobedience."

Marina, a volunteer with the Society for Assistance to Homeless Animals, was found guilty in September 2021 of a criminal case filed under the article "insulting a government official." According to the case file, in September 2020, she left a comment on a friend's VKontakte page about a guard at the Shklov Correctional Colony.
The comment was prompted by a publication featuring a photograph of police officers in balaclavas. Marina recognized one of them as her neighbor, who, she said, participated in the dispersal of protests following the presidential elections on August 9, 2020.
