Accomplice in crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Andrey Sergeevich Suslo is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions, in which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence. He handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where he imposed punishment in the form of a fine totaling at least 5547.5 rubles and administrative arrest for at least 30 days. He sentenced 63-year-old Mikhail Rusak for an unauthorized picket, which consisted of placing a sheet of white paper with a red stripe in the center in the window of a private house, and sentenced him to a fine of 20 basic units. He sentenced 57-year-old Natalya Kedrovskaya, a resident of the village of Yubileiny, with a punishment of 510 rubles for insulting the chairman of the Ulukovsky village council, Zhanna Bizny. On November 24, 2020, Natalya Kedrovskaya, at a remote reception arranged by the chairman of the district executive committee, told the official that she had not been able to inherit her share of her parents’ house for several years and expressed the opinion that this was her problem, which was not being solved, including because of the position of Chairman Ulukovsky the village council, which, according to Kedrovskaya, sided with her sister, with whom she had a conflict over this house. In an excited emotional state, the woman said: “How long does it take to behave like this?” It turned out that during this conversation between Kedrovskaya and the chairman of the district executive committee, Zhanna Biznya was also present, who later wrote a statement to the police about the insult.
