Involved in the adoption of politically motivated court decisions, at least 7 politically motivated decisions, for which at least 2,024 rubles in fines and at least 3 years of imprisonment or restriction of freedom were imposed. He sentenced political prisoner Igor Pyzhyanov under Part 1 of Article 366 of the Criminal Code - violence or threat against an official performing official duties or another person performing a public duty. Law enforcement officers fraudulently called Igor out onto the street, where they asked him to move the car. When Igor came out, two men got into his car without permission and began to humiliate him. After everyone was back on the street, one of the employees grabbed Igor’s arm and wanted to twist it, to which he asked if they wanted to detain him. The answer was no. Igor tripped him up to free himself. For this he was subsequently detained. Later, a law enforcement officer stated that Igor had torn his meniscus, but did not provide any supporting documents. In the punishment cell, Igor was beaten so much that he could neither sit nor lie down. Then they started giving him painkillers and tranquilizers. Once I managed to ask him several questions in the exercise yard through the wall, but he understood them poorly, answered at random and was slow. Gavrilov sentenced Igor to three years in a general regime colony and ordered the victim to recover 6,000 rubles as compensation for moral damage.
