She sentenced Viktor Cherevkov to 2 years of restriction of freedom without being sent to open correctional institutions, who was accused of organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them (Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code). The accused was charged with the fact that “in order to express his socio-political views and protest against the course and results of the elections, as well as conducting destructive activities aimed at exacerbating tension in society, on August 9, together with others, he took an active part in group actions... associated with obvious disobedience to the demands of government officials. At the same time, the accused deliberately impeded the movement of traffic and the work of enterprises: he was on the roadway for some time, shouting loudly and clapping his hands.”
She sentenced Alexander Shevtsov to 2.5 years in prison.
On November 20, she sentenced Y. Rymarev to 2 years of “chemical treatment” for insulting police officer Dyadyun D. in the telegram channel “Zhlobin Dlya Zhizni.”
