Individual entrepreneur Elena was detained and accused of "inciting ethnic hatred" and "cynical attitude towards the victims of the terrorist attack." It is known that on November 20, 2023, an administrative penalty was imposed on Ruslan Kruchinin under Part 2 of Art. 19.11 (distribution, production, storage, transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activities or promoting such activities) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus. Then he was punished with 15 days of administrative arrest and confiscation of his mobile phone.

Viktor was first detained on September 27, 2020, during one of the protests in Gomel. In the detention center, he was informed that a criminal case had been opened for "resisting police officers." According to human rights activists, he was released in the fall of 2024, having fully served his sentence.
