Oksana is the chairperson of the Minsk city branch of the United Civil Party. She was arrested on July 27, 2022, as part of a criminal case opened under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them."

According to the indictment, on August 23, 2020, Oksana "publicly shouted slogans, loudly applauded, and was on the roadway, thereby blocking and impeding the movement of public transport in Minsk, including the Minsktrans public transport system."

In November 2022, she was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment.

In October 2023, Oksana was released, having fully served her sentence imposed by the court.

She was detained for drawing "Pahonia" stencils. On September 20, the Central District Court of Minsk sentenced three political prisoners: Anatoly Latushka, the cousin of politician Pavel Latushko, Lilia Ananyan, and Elena Malinovskaya. At the trial, Latushko and Malinovskaya pleaded not guilty, while Ananyan fully admitted her guilt. Judge Dmitry Karsyuk sentenced Anatoly to six years in prison, Elena to four years in prison, and Lilia to five years of house arrest, before releasing her in the courtroom.

Elena has a minor son left at home.

Elena was supposed to be released at the end of August 2025, but she was never released. As Elena's friends told Nasha Niva , she was transported to Minsk, where a new criminal case was opened against her .

In early March, Elena was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison. Because she had already served over four years behind bars, the court counted this time toward her sentence, so she was released during the trial.

Nikolai is a Belarusian politician and the chairman of the United Civil Party. He was first convicted on August 6, 2021, and sentenced to three months in jail for "disclosing investigative data in the Coordination Council case." He served his full sentence and was released on March 26, 2022.

On July 27, 2022, Nikolai was again detained in connection with a criminal case opened under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them." According to the investigation, as stated by Sergei Pasko, head of the Investigative Committee's Minsk office, in August 2020, he allegedly took an active part in mass unrest in Minsk, directing the radical crowd, giving instructions to protesters, and calling for roadblocks and obstructing the movement of vehicles.

In November 2022, Nikolai was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment.

In July 2024, he was released, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
