Julia Nikolaevna Vershinina
Involved in the issuance of politically motivated court decisions, at least 18 decisions awarding at least 118 days of administrative arrest and at least 6 years of restriction or imprisonment. On July 4, 2022, she sentenced Alexei Chekel, who was accused of insulting the President of Belarus (Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code). She considered the fact that the accused had a dependent minor son as a mitigating circumstance. Vershinina found Chekel’s guilt proven and sentenced him to imprisonment in a general regime colony for a period of one and a half years. On January 10, 2023, she convicted Vitaly Ryzhansky under Part 1 of Art. 367 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. He was initially accused of insulting a government official (Article 369 of the Criminal Code), insulting Lukashenko (Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code) and slandering Lukashenko (Part 1 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code). It is not known for certain under what article he was ultimately convicted. Sentence: 2 years imprisonment in a colony under general regime conditions.

Sergei was convicted in court for insulting Lukashenko. On May 5, 2023, the case was heard by Judge Inna Sivets.
On June 4, 2024, the Orsha District and Orsha Court heard another criminal case against Sergei. He was again accused of insulting Lukashenko . The case was heard by Judge Yulia Vershinina .
The court found that Sergei Gnevko , "being a person previously convicted of publicly insulting Lukashenko and having been taken to the special detention facility of the Orsha District Department of Internal Affairs for committing an administrative offense under Article 19.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism), while in a state of alcoholic intoxication, in the presence of police officers and an employee of the special detention facility, publicly made a statement containing an obscene form of speech addressed to Alexander Lukashenko in connection with the exercise of his powers."
The court found Sergei Gnevko guilty and, under Part 2 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code, he was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of four years. Based on the totality of sentences, the court partially added the unserved sentence under the previous sentence to the sentence imposed and finally sentenced him to imprisonment for a term of 4 years and 6 months.
On August 16, 2024, the appeal hearing took place and the verdict came into force.

Lidiya was convicted for reposting information concerning Tatyana Alantieva, the head of the election commission, to a Telegram channel. The information in question was a protocol with the voting results that she had drawn up while performing her duties at one of the polling stations.
