According to the materials of the prosecution, 20 year old Nikita, along with a friend, was walking in Bobruisk on an autumn evening and, deliberately jumping up near one of the shops, grabbed the flag of the national flag of the Republic of Belarus, mounted on a flagpole in a metal bracket, pulled it down with force. As a result, the flag, together with a fragment of the state, broke off from the attachment point and fell on the paving slabs…
Then, holding it in his hands by the flagpole, the accused ran at least 20 meters, waving it. The next day, the panel was thrown out into the street.

He also deliberately placed an image of the national flag of the Republic of Belarus inside a swastika made in the shape of a cross on his open page on one of the social networks, giving access to it for free viewing and copying to an unlimited circle of Internet users, thereby committing an outrage against the flag of Belarus.
