He was accused of leaving a sharp comment in September 2020 under one of the publications in Odnoklassniki, which criticized Alexander Lukashenko, posting it on his page. District Court Judge Shamal found him guilty of insulting Lukashenko (Part 2 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus) and slandering him (Part 2 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus). It is known that the man appealed the verdict to the Mogilev Regional Court. The appeal took place on April 11, 2024 behind closed doors with the participation of a judicial panel chaired by Judge Irina Teplova. The regional court recognized that the qualification of actions for “insulting Lukashenko” under Part 2 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code is excessively imputed and should be excluded from the charge.
However, this had little effect: the sentence to Sergei Shekh was upheld.
2.5 years imprisonment in a colony
Vadim Cherevko was detained in December 2023. In the “repentance video” on December 18, the detainee says that he has the position of deputy director for development of a company engaged in the design of control systems and unmanned systems. The man was forced to admit to participating in the protests and also say that marijuana was found at his home.
Most likely he was in custody until the trial.
On January 26, 2024, an appeal hearing was held. The verdict came into force.

As follows from the published verdict , Maxim Gurinovich was accused of writing an offensive comment on the Odnoklassniki social network in the group “Belsat TV Channel” under the news about the verdict of a single mother. The news said that a single mother allegedly insulted policeman R. Kutsko with an “offensive symbol” and for this she was sentenced to 2 years of “domestic chemicals.” Gurinovich’s own comment was also about this same Kutsko, and the news was accompanied by a photograph of “police officers in uniform.”
For his moral suffering from Gurinovich’s comment, policeman Kutsko asked for 2 thousand rubles in moral compensation. Maxim paid 400 rubles of this before the trial, so he filed a lawsuit for the remaining 1,600 rubles. The judge granted this claim: Gurinovich will have to pay Kutsko another 1,600 rubles in moral compensation, and also pay a fine of 50 b.v. (2000 rubles). Maxim’s phone was confiscated to the state “as a means of committing a crime.”
1.5 years of restriction of freedom with referral to an open institution.
Vladislav Fedorovich was detained in December 2023. In the “repentance video” published by the pro-government TG channel on December 18, the detainee says that he participated in rallies and still has not deleted the photos on social networks.
According to information published in the pro-government video, Alexander Malikov, in December 2021, left an offensive comment on one of the social networks addressed to the commander of a military unit based in the Lida region. The defendant’s last posts on social networks date back to October 2023. Presumably, that's when he was detained.
He did not admit his guilt in court, explaining that he did not intend to insult the serviceman.
On March 19, 2024, the appeal was considered and the verdict entered into force.

It is unknown when the man was detained, but the last time he was online was on his VKontakte page on December 29, 2022, although he used to visit there regularly.
It is known that in 2015 the man lived in Poland. And in 2019 and 2021 he wrote that he lives in Germany, works in artificial intelligence and works for the German company EDEKA GmbH/WITRON. His main messengers were tied to a German number, and his mailbox was on a German domain, that is, he lived permanently in Germany.
According to CyberPartisan, Novogrodsky has not officially worked in Belarus since 2011 and has three children from different women.
As Nasha Niva writes, Alexey is interested in philosophy and participated in thematic conferences - for example, in April 2021, he made a report “Consciousness and Artificial Intelligence” at the scientific conference “Philosophy and Challenges of Modernity,” which was organized by the Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
The press service said that in March-April 2022, the convict posted messages in an “extremist” chat aimed at “exacerbating tension in society and destabilizing the situation in the Republic of Belarus.” He also wrote “negative messages and comments discrediting the Republic of Belarus” and insulting officials and Lukashenko.
Herman partially admitted his guilt at the trial.
5 years imprisonment in a colony
According to the prosecution, Evgeniy Kladov, on the Odnoklassniki social network, on his profile wall, available for viewing by other users, “counting on the subsequent perception by others of offensive information,” realizing the public and humiliating nature of his publication, deliberately posted an image that is contrary to universal morality and norms of behavior , accepted in society, thereby publicly deliberately humiliating the honor and dignity of Lukashenko’s personality in connection with the exercise of his powers, expressed in an indecent form.”
There are two similar episodes in the case.
At the court hearing, Kladov actually did not admit guilt and indicated that on his page he accidentally posted, in the public domain for all users, pictures of Lukashenko that he had previously viewed on the Internet; he did this unintentionally, he did not know that these images would be saved in the feed of his page , after his "class" mark.

The man was detained after 2021. Botwich was charged with two counts of “espionage” and “undercover activity.” We are talking about a 59-year-old man who, although he does not have Belarusian citizenship, grew up and lived in Belarus. This is Sergei Ivanovich Botvich - he owned companies whose total turnover amounted to hundreds of thousands of dollars, and some of them were registered in the EU.
A resident of the village of Novy Sverzhen was accused of writing a comment in the direction of Lukashenko under a publication in a telegram channel, which the court considered offensive, while at work in the cabin of a commuter train.
During the trial, a witness, an assistant driver, was interviewed, who said that Denis Nosov did not inform him about the written comment.
After the verdict was announced, the man was released in the courtroom. His phone was confiscated “as a means of committing a crime.”
Denis has a secondary specialized education and works as an electric train driver for regional lines in Minsk.
2 years of restriction of freedom with transfer to an open correctional facility.
Most likely he was detained on January 26, 2023 for the distribution, production, storage, transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activities or promoting such activities. After which a criminal case was opened under numerous articles. Before the trial, he was allegedly imprisoned in a prison in Zhodino.
On January 26, 2024, an appeal hearing was held. The verdict came into force.
