According to the prosecution, Plushev made reposts in the Telegram chat «Pruzhany is not your city» from the telegram channels recognized as extremist in the Republic of Belarus. He also allegedly left insulting comments against government officials and posted information containing deliberately false, humiliating information and slander to another person. In total, 43 people were recognized as victims in the case.
