According to the materials of the prosecution, Yuri Yudchits, on April 22, 2021, at 7:44 a.m., publicly, in order to humiliate honor and dignity, insulted a representative of the authorities in connection with the performance of his official duties — a policeman of a platoon of a special purpose police unit of the Brest City Executive Committee Vladislav Shukaev.
As soon as Yuri was released, a criminal case was opened against him again, and again for a comment about a police officer. This time, the victim turned out to be the head of the Inspectorate for Juvenile Affairs of the Berezovsky district police Department Dmitry Lishko. The second sentence was handed down on June 24, 2022
