According to the materials of the prosecution, Sergei and Margarita took an active part in an unauthorized mass event in Minsk on August 30, 2020.
It became known in court that Sergei was also detained on June 9, 2020. Then a bag of marijuana was allegedly found in his belongings. So the investigation had another article — 328, the charge on which was considered at the same time.
