22-year-old loader of one of the Gomel enterprises, Sergei Balakhonov , posted an audio recording on his personal page on the VKontakte social network "Lukashenko, go away." Because of this, a criminal case was opened against Sergei under Article 368 (“Insulting the President of the Republic of Belarus”). The sanction of the article provides for punishment of up to four years in prison.
