23 year old Kirill Ashurak in the film ONT is called the original performer of the task of undermining the facility in Vileika, but eventually refused to participate and only helped to scout the area.
Lukashenko mentioned Ashurak among the people who allegedly wanted to escape to Ukraine and Lithuania, but were detained by a group of the state security committee «Alpha».
