Dmitry was detained on September 21, 2022 by employees of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption. He was forced to read poems that he himself wrote on camera and admit that in August 2020 he went to protest actions against the current government of the Republic of Belarus, and wrote insults in messages on Facebook and VKontakte. Also in the news in the telegram channels supporting the current government of the Republic of Belarus, screenshots from the man's social networks appeared criticizing the actions of the authorities.
Dmitry is a children's poet and novelist, winner of the contest «Pisateli - detiam» (2017). He is a member of the International Union of Writers «Novy Sovremennik», the Belarusian Literary Union of Writers «Polotsk vetv». Teacher of the private school «Smart Skul».
