According to the prosecution, on August 20, 2020, 23-year-old Artem Sokol, using a mobile phone, posted information in the form of a wanted criminal's orientation with a photo of Lukashenka containing ethnic information about him in the telegram chat "Lyakhovichi 90%". On the same day, in the “Lyakhovichi 90%” telegram chat, the accused posted another orientation containing offensive expressions against the president, namely: “Sick of power, a pathological liar, insidious, stingy, cynical, mentally unstable, agrofuhrer, cockroach, Sasha 3%, Luka and Gypsies.” On September 9, 2021, he was taken into custody in the courtroom.
According to human rights activists, in March 2023 he was released after the expiration of his sentence.
